The service
Shtigo aggregates publicly available package-holiday offers from travel agencies and shows them side by side. It is an information and comparison tool, currently in a public test phase, and is provided free of charge.
Not a booking engine
Shtigo does not take bookings, does not process payments, and is not a party to, or an agent in, any transaction. Every offer links back to the originating agency; any booking happens directly with that agency under its own terms.
Prices and availability
Offers are fetched live from the agencies and can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and can change between the moment they are displayed and the moment you contact the agency. Always confirm price and availability with the agency before relying on, or quoting, anything you see on Shtigo.
Liability
Shtigo is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information displayed here, including decisions made or quotes given based on displayed prices.
Acceptable use
You may not scrape, overload or disrupt the service, or use it in a way that harms the agencies whose offers it displays. We apply rate limits and may restrict access that threatens the service.
Content
Offer data, hotel names and images belong to the respective agencies and their suppliers. The Shtigo name, design and software are ours.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of North Macedonia. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of North Macedonia.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use Shtigo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
